The Beginners Muay Thai kickboxing and Fitness course is a unique program that you will not find anywhere else. 
 
Throughout the course, you will not only be getting a workout that's good for your heart, burns fat and calories with added muscular flexibility and definition, but you will also be gaining mental stimulation learning the correct application for use of your Knees, Elbows, Punches, Kicks and Blocks. . . It’s also great way to relieve stress!

Signing up for our beginner's Thai/kickboxing course will enable you to take part in the following sessions:
Beginners Thai/kickboxing Course: Sunday 11.00am - 12.30pm
Pad work & KickFit Circuits For Beginners: Thursdays from 6.45pm – 7.45pm


Beginner's Muay Thai Kickboxing & Fitness Course (6 Weeks)

Structured to develop basic skills, awareness, physical fitness and improved self-confidence. Each session is structured to enable students to learn and progress at their own pace.

On completing of this course, students are issued with an “A.E.S Personal Development” certificate.
